i am 99,9% sure that the chapters i sent you are in order and the folder names are the correct chapter numbers. the 0,01% belong to chapter 70 and its numerous sub-chapters, but those were also just called the numbers after the 70 with no new leading chapter number, so i'd be surprised if they were chapters 71 etc.
