How to check status of first-time upload / problem with upload

Attempted a first-time upload last week. Found out that first-time chapter uploads need to be approved first. Gave it a while not knowing how long the backlog was. Found out it's usually only a couple of hours. Given this, I'm presuming t'was thrown in the no-no pile. If so, curious why so I can edit and reupload.

Turn on the unavailable chapters in your settings. If it's still there but you can't view them, the approval is still in pending. If it's not even there in your profile, it got deleted and was not approved. As for the reason why, PM the mods themselves.

It appears t'was removed. Is there a listing of mods that I can pick from to PM, or do I just snoop until I find one and harass him?
