How to go into long strip mode

The last time I read everything was normal. But now for whatever reason, the page automatically pop to 2page mode. I tried to mess with the settings but couldn't get it to turn into long strip mode, may i humbly request assistant?

Open the menu while in the reader. You should see the "double page" button there, click it until you get long strip.
Or click the cog icon > page layout > page display style > long strip.
