Black pepper and vanilla ice cream? I'm skeptical, but will give it a shot when the weather isn't so cold.

Pink peppercorn is supposedly sweet, so that might be better. if not just like pink himalayan salt (tho i m sure 'spicy' ice cream would have its appeal too (i think i had a chamoy popsicle that was alright tho it was a bit salty, wouldn't mind the spiciness but prolly best as a sauce than ice cream form)
