Drumett is a part of the chicken that we Brazilians use in "churrasco". When there are only a few people, just the family, the barbecue is just sausages and beef, which is much more expensive than chicken. If you invite friends, the problem begins. Why is there a problem? Brazil has the figure of the guest who invites. If you invite 3 friends, you need to add 6 more people, these people are the friends' guests. To compensate for the number of extra people, you need cheaper alternatives. You'll have the beef and sausage, but you need to add the drumett.

is "Tulip fried chicken" what they call it in Japanese? Because I'm more familiar to that style being called lollipop chicken in English, and the part they use being called "the flats", since "wing" is the flat + drumette altogether.

I don't mind it being on the page as long as it doesn't take up too much space (since sometimes the official TL also had it on the page too rather than end notes) since sometimes i skip over/don't always read every detail on the credits/bonus notes page
