How to report a/o correct same mangaka under different names?

Based on their style and themes, I suspected that Ricin and Zaima Rishin might be the same person. So I checked Baka-Updates, which says they are.

Is there a good, efficient way to combine these two artist entries, or to request that they be combined?

I think we should just let it be if and only if those are meant to be separate identity for making different type of work, kinda like KAKERU
