😅How do I put text behind objects in a photo(manga) in photoshop?

you create photo(manga) as layer and you create another layer where you have text. Now you can bring together this two layers and you can define how much is visible from preticular one or another.

Edit:
and if you mean you need to hide some parts of text behind... for example person. I don´t know. I guess it will be a lot of manual work.
