Can't exactly blame Bork for that, she analyzed everything well, and she saw through most of the hints and bluffs... but the part where Morena said she wouldn't lie... she didn't understand that that was a hard truth, but that is a fact that isn't obvious for those that don't understand nen... the inviolability of truths.

Wow... I am impressed, Halkenburg really came through with his plan, and Benjamin is fucked... but that is only if they can keep plain hooky until he goes into coma... and a guy like him when desperate... he will burn the world.

The announcement of the batch is always hurtful... but by some things that have been said, it seems that Togashi has more already done, so maybe the next one won't take so long, but one way or another... this was a good batch.

God, I really hope Borksen somehow eliminates Heil-ly and gets her 100 levels that way. That's the only way I see for her to not go along with Morena's homicidal design. I'm banking on her being able to return to the rest of the privates and them becoming yet another faction of Nen users in all of this. Looking forward to seeing how she can convince them they can still trust her (especially considering she had spyware uploaded in her). I'm really rooting for her, she seems to have been apalled by the revelations about the carnivals and actually tried to get Morena to reconsider even if that was useless, so her heart is in the right place in my opinion. I have to wonder though - could this be in part because her and her friends are still hoping to get Tserriendnich to stop being a monster? She might have seen something in Morena that reminded her of Tserri (maybe the fact that both are murderous bastards).
That said, if I remember the details of Contagion right, she still needs to have another Heil-ly member to kill someone in her presence to activate her ability. I wonder if her asking Morena to show her around is her hoping to fulfill that condition?

We don't know exactly what happened.

But as Halkenburg took Balsamilco's body, and he had that bioweapon with him, chances are that after he finally deceived Benjamin of his identity when he was close to him, he used the weapon.

How it happened is the thing we don't really know, but now Benjamin is running against the clock, because when he falls, so falls his claim for the throne... if he can't kill everyone else.

At this point he knows he is fucked, so he is focusing on trying to, and I am surprised I will say this unironically... keep his bloodline alive... by making his illegitimate children inherit the right to the throne by winning the competition and then dying.

Well, more details will only come in the next batch.

honestly at this point idk what Benjamin is even going for. what's the point of being King for like an hour, your illegitimate child (if they can even be elevated to the status of royal, which seems highly unlikely) likely wouldn't have the same ideals as you.

it would be amusing if Halkenburg, getting Balsamilco killed, went on to possess Benjamin's body... his original body being dead, the closest match would be Benjamin... though if we consider this, that means there's also a possibility that Halkenburg went on to possess Tserri 🤔

Feels kinda cheap for her to earlier say she would "divulge every aspect" of her powers "until you understand it fully" and wouldn't lie, and then shoehorn in domination in the event of cheating.

The line "You should have expected that cheating in a fair game would be treated the same as quitting" explicitly acknowledges that that aspect of the game was never actually stated ("divulged", if you will). That Borksen was surprised at the outcome clearly indicates that she didn't "understand it fully".

I guess the card game could be someone else's power (dealer/shuffler?), but it still seems to violate the spirit of the proceedings, which is what generally matters for nen abilities.

I think it's still morena's power. But it's not related to her contagion. It's her other weapon

How is he can control benjamin can be easily chalked up to his awareness in balsamico is the reason he can still have access to his soul swapping power. But it's still just my guess it can be wrong. CMIIW i am pretty sure 3rd prince doesn't have virus as his weapon. The virus that kill halkenburg's body is from balsamico's shoes. Halkenburg can just use it after he swapped body to him. I don't know why 3rd prince is missing tho

My guess in previous chapter completely missed because of this chapter. I was guessing it with complete faith that the game is just what morena said. She hid the fact that cheating would make you punished even if it's acted after the game. Borksen knows she is indeed in complete disadvantage but she resorted to cheating because she is in confident she can't get caught to be cheating. This makes me remember what ging said to cheadle that pariston is strong because he doesn't desperately want to to win or lose. Borksen already lose since she got overly confident in this mind game

Yeah i have similar idea with you in my comment in previous chapter. But how she would do that is a complete mistery because she already got trapped by morena's contagion. But taking advantage of this morena's power is certainly easier than trying to change tserri to be kinder.

This chapter is amazing. I got mindblown because i didn't know it was possible and i am satisfied with it.

7th prince is missing because it's melody's plan to kidnap him. I forgot the details of the plan tho. I thought this guy in this chapter that's in judicial jurisdiction is the one who moved luzurus but we see him here. Maybe the plan already completed.

Kurapika's worry that residing in 3rd prince's room would be a trouble become true because of this martial law. Why is he missing? Is kurapika, woble, and oito in the same room when he was missing? This news is troubling

This is my another wild guess after this chapter.
1. Prince halkenburg won't die because of this time limit. His nen beast wouldn't let it like that. I think his follower would be the cost to revive him

2. His reveal that queen unma is his actual mother make me consider him as one of beyond's children. My other candidates would be Tyson just because her mother still haven't revealed till now

3. The one who makes fugetsu into that state is camilla's nen beast. It's not because 1st prince royal guard nor 2nd prince have-nots bodyguard's curse. The reason is it's already revealed that 1st prince guard's best assassin have mosquito's like ability and the effect is immediate. 2nd prince have-not bodyguard's curse ability will be revealed after one of them touches the skin of the princes. That's the danger for woble for now. Camilla's nen beast category ability already revealed before as manipulator ability. It's effect on fugetsu is to suggest her to overwork her body and it has mark like being stung by a jellyfish

I just realized I'm stupid. I confused the 3rd prince and Balsamico. Yeah, it makes sense now. Like you said I'm still a bit confused about Halkenburgs power but I'm sure we get some explanations later on.

I didn't think about her being able to get levels from killing Heil-ly but yeah that might be possible, it's just quite hard to kill Nen users as someone without an ability
