This doesn't make sense. Birds like crows and pigeons can easily be hunted with sling shots and bows. If you aren't able to do that then its a skill problem.

I believe the Bolt-Action Hunting Rifle for a Hydra would be the Barrett Model 82; the old "Murfreesboro Five-O" will do one hell of a job on most Hydra.

And it IS a hunting rifle, just like a Ten-Gage Elephant Gun; people might use them in war but it's a hunting rifle, just like the Armalite Rifles model 15.
