@Ceiye There are pedophiles out there, so any parent and guardian needs to keep it in mind. However, swimsuits don't really have much to do with it. I haven't studied criminal psychology, but I doubt it makes a difference for criminal pedophiles. It's not like adult women (or men, for that matter) would be targeted for rape mainly when they are wearing swimsuits. I bet in 99% of cases things start when they are wearing everyday clothes of some fashion, casual or formal. If you are talking about non-criminal pedophiles who never act on their desires, then I suppose it's a different thing, but unless you want everybody to stick to hijabs, there's no way of dealing with them, short of starting to punish people for thoughtcrimes.
