Chinese cabs (from what I've seen) absolutely do drive crazy fast. But the thing is, everyone is predictable even though it seems extremely chaotic. It's just things like how mopeds will absolutely run a red light if you give them any space, and how cars will stop for jaywalking pedestrians so long as you keep an even pace. It's true of most big cities I've been to honestly.

Did the editor contract the zombie virus from being injured during his fight with his mistress or from when they had sex earlier?

Interesting to see the author showing us lots of variance from time of infection to full crazy. Some people turn in moments, some in hours.
