I think this is the second story I've read recently where a random character had a built in MC detector, the first being Surviving the Game as a Barbarian.

To be fair, in "Survive the game" they do not have a skill or item to use as a "MC Detector"
They are just good at lying and know what to lie about as they have seen alot of them before and know what to look out for.
If you want another example of something similar where they arguably have a better " MC detector" i recommend :
There the natives does have actual widespread equipment all over the world to detect Isekai´d people, but MC managed to avoid being detected because of reasons.
MC ( and alot of other people ) gets Isekai´d to a tutorial area before going to the other world.
But because of plot shenanigans MC´s level system breaks down and he gets stuck in the tutorial area for like 100 years.
But eventually he also gets sent to the other world.
Just like in "Survive the game as a barbarian", the natives of the world hunts down Isekai´d people.
The way they do this is by using a "level scanner" on everyone when registering at the adventure guild.
Since everyone who is Isekai´d has to pass by the tutorial area, they are all higher level then most newbies.
So unless you have a valid explanation for being higher level then most and can prove your background, they kill you on the spot.
But unlike in "Survive the game" where we don't know why the natives kills people and call them "evil spirits" .
They explain the reason and it is a somewhat valid reason for them doing so.
They fear Isekai people going out of control and becoming murder hobos. ( which has happened before )
The leveling system is made by a evil god and gives you a GINORMOUS dopamine shot every time you kill a native.
This dopamine shot is so strong that multiple people have gone insane from the pleasure and started mass murdering natives.
This does however make it so that the MC has to play as a "pacifist barbarian" because if he killed someone and went out of control, he would very likely doom the world because of how strong he is.
It is far from everyone who goes insane, but its too big of a risk as the Isekai´d people level up ALOT faster then everyone else.
So they hunt down everyone they can and even created a inquisition that goes around hunting for isekai´d people.
Just as in "Survive the game" MC is not stupid but acts like a Barbarian to blend in.
MC has no extra knowledge of the world, but is super strong just like every other Isekai´d person.
But because his level system broke at level 5 and everyone thinks he is too low level to be a Isekai protagonist.
( Despite being one of the strongest people in the world. )
so he manage to get away with his "low level Barbarian cosplaying" early on.

She doesn't have an mc detector. All she sees is how many people you helped or harmed. So mc being a healer has very bright aura while the dragon girl has a very dark aura cause she killed a lot.
I'm kinda hoping the next chapter or two explores MC's healing ability in regards to that dragon's blood disease. It definitely didn't look like healing magic, or maybe the MC did cast healing magic but it just wasn't shown? Doesn't seem like it especially when even the MC seemed a little confused, looking at their hand and all after healing someone seemingly just by touching them. Maybe it's related to their godhood/divinity or just an equippable/skill MC has on?

It wasn't by touching (she touched to get information) and there is a reason why normal healing magic doesn't work
Healing magic doesn't work because in theory there is nothing wrong with them. They have very tiny amount of dragon blood. So like 99.999% human and 0.001% dragon. The dragon blood activating is killing them. So think of it closer to a birth defect that has no effect usually unless certain conditions are met.
So you either have to deactivate it, have a strong enough body that can contain the power or purify the bloodline. Which are all fairly high tier holy spells that most people can't do.
It took me 2 months but i finally caught up on the translation for the wn for this series. This version really just speed runs everything but its still fun to read with the wn context.
