They're equally awful in different ways.

Gal Cleaning was cut short, so the author went on a spiteful crusade by making the manga about a girl being raped instead of the wholesome cleaning manga it was.

Kanojo Okarishimasu is going for much, much longer than it should have any right to, and the author is just avoiding progressing the story because he's in love with his own creation and doesn't want the protagonist to end up with her, so he makes the guy be the most pathetic piece of garbage second only to Shinji from Fate!

There are no winners in that mess.
