So basically I'm with the people that one of the titular characters keeps playing such a background role. We know more about MC's family and overall extended family situation then Rabbit girls anything. She should be a secondary main character at worst, not background mob character like she currently is.

Also Was this chapter needed as a full chapter? Could have been conveyed in 3 panels. Whats worse is the timeskip here is tiny and they look the same and nothing outside of some magic learning has happened.

Good news is that this should be the end of the MC's solo arc. Everything up to this point has been the MC trying to fix his Gift's deficiencies in preparation for the trouble ahead.

Next few chapters should be the major timeskip to the main story. The novel basically compressed 5 years into a couple chapters. After this the two will rarely be separated.

I kinda blame the author too since it feels like they starting to drag their childhood arc. If in 10~20 ch they didnt grow up atleast akin to their cover art i will become more disappointed.

I dont want another case of re life, seeing a freaking kid beat a fking boss type character.
