Hm. So I'm thinking the (+30 sex appeal) is either derived from a magical enchantment of some sort, or just set to Jiral's standards. The strawberry pink on chocolate brown coloration alone seems rather unusual (considering the heart clasp, perhaps it's an off-form Valentine's theme?), but moreso, that outfit just doesn't really flatter her body shape and tone.
