he ain't gonna try bothering the literal strongest characters in the game just to say hi lol. He wants them to show a little appreciation for his support by sending a letter every now and then but he's not desperate for it, he gains nothing from getting anywhere close to them.

I never like it when the main character is kept in ignorance because of contrived coincidences.

We're 9 chapters in, you have to give it a chance to develop or the plot will just feel rushed.
