Official releases can be uploaded if the license expires, the series is no longer published in the language, or the publisher goes out of business.

Series with official translations can *always* be uploaded, as long as you don't use scans from the official translation and just reword it, you still have to translate it from a different language. These translators aren't uploading the official releases, if they were the group would be tagged as publishername (Ex-licenses).

However, this may result in a DMCA takedown. The license holder can take down any series they want, but most publishers don't bother with takedowns for fan translations if they don't have an official release in that language.

@Dehaev i doubt Tappytoon has dropped the series, i think the creator just decided to not extend the licensing contract (maybe the authors think they can get more money by seeking some other publisher for an english translation).

@gurgling yeah, the last group finally changed "end" to "omega" on their last chapter, and now it's back to "end".

Didn't End/Omega say it would cost Estelle her life if it blocked the dragons attack? She didn't instantly die so...End is sorta ok?
