If I chose one category, it's because I'd manage to enjoy it as the main genre of a manga.
For example, comedy I didn't choose, because on its own it becomes stale very quickly, you can't make me laugh on repeat only with jokes non-stop.

Loli I didn't choose because it's not a genre, you can't go anywhere with this as a main genre (it doesn't imply any type of fixed activity). Whereas magical girls implies magic, saving the world trope, defending against monsters or villains, etc.
