I can't upload chapters anymore

Hey there, I haven't uploaded in a little while so I don't know if that's the cause of the problem but when I went to upload a chapter of Dousei Seikatsu, the Upload button is just grayed out and can't be clicked, I made sure to fill all the info needed, tried with a zip, tried with a google drive link, the button stays grayed out. Tried checking the upload page on other manga too and it's the same.

@Zorikinu Chapter uploads are disabled for another hour or so while we transfer files off the webserver.
