I'm assuming you're looking for manga, so an anime recommendation would probably not be too useful. Let alone a season 2 show. But I just watched episode 3 of Otonari no Tenshi-sama 2 and now that they started dating after the end of season 1 this season has become so sugary sweet, you'll feel the cavities forming while watching.
