These chapters were made around Feb to April last year, and apparently Byte submitted this (prolly chapter 1+2 as it was 10p) as an entry in Dengeki Daioh's competition back then and won silver.

The serialization was just announced recently so it's not really that quick. The silver award may have helped in gaining the serialization though.
