Controversial opinion, but it sorta seems like the FL was pretty toxic in the relationship as well? Their relationship lasted at least two years (before beginning of her second year to the beginning of her first year in university), but her internal dialog makes it sound like she never told him that she loved him, completely avoided showing affection, and outright pretended they weren't dating when other people asked for the whole two or so years.

Not saying the murderous yandere isn't toxic, just that she definitely contributed to the problem and that a sane person would have probably broken up with her or would end up with some serious issues.

Disregarding my unhealthy obsession with dere’s of the yan persuasion. They are both cancerous. Now him the “excuse” of being a mentally unstable yandere, having your partner act like they’re embarrassed of you everytime someone asks about your relationship, I’m surprised it took him 2 years to snap.

I will still read this entire thing in one sitting, and love every bit, due to that obsession. And for anyone in a non-fiction relationship like this, call the police.

This is not a controversial opinion; if anything yours is the only opinion that is realistic and not room temp IQ.

Him pushing her off is not justified, but it appears everyone her conveniently chose to forget teenagers in general can get pretty shit because of lack of social skills and overcharged hormones.

Don't know about all the L takes but I still remember my own bad takes in life and I got annoyed the few times I went out with someone and they suddenly decided to act like both of you weren't going out when people we knew were around. Some didn't even want to take photos for whatever reasons.

There IS a reason why a lot of crazy stuff and crimes happen in school and adults pretending to/not understanding teens dynamics only contributes to this problem at large.
