not going back to see if it what the names of the kid's were before but this could be the twins. Could be a tell with the naming conventions as well like siblings wouldn't call each other what they did...but the musician would most likely have adopted both the kids.

the boy and the girl in the beginning of the chapter are not the twins. shaggy-hair is the composer's son, while the girl is the daughter of the burn victim. so far, the other twin has not been revealed post-time-skip.
