Looks like she got hit by truck-san rather than a car. Anyone know where she was feeding the cats? A road seems too dangerous to feed cats at and the truck is going too fast for pulling into a parking space. Granted she's acting arrogant to fool everyone, but firing the maid is going too far. It's not like she took offense to what the maid said and could go for the usual punishment for any implied discourtesy. However, while money can make things easier it doesn't mean finding a good replacement for the maid will be simple. Although MC seems type to leave hiring a replacement and dealing with all the hassles to the head butler or head maid.
