BTW, this kind of mistake is what makes me believe this is NOT MTL, but TLs from people that barely speak english but are cheap to pay. Because a machine would either translate an idiom literaly (c'est un chaud lapin -> it's a hot rabbit), or by an idiom that matches the original meaning (He's a sex fiend), not by an idiom that do neither.
Here, the twins are bragging about being promoted, it makes no sense that one of them said "Life is rock-bottom" with a smug chibi face. IMO, It's more likely some translator vaguely knew that there's an english way of saying "it's awesome" involving the word "rock" (ie "Life rocks"), and used the wrong expression.
