It's been 6 years since I first read this and I'd say it's still worth reading. Still think it's as profound as when I first read it, and it's still just as emotional for me. This time around, I realized on my own that the 6 letters were "Miyagi", and his confession would've shot up from 60 to 100/100 in her book if it were directed at her. Man, something like this really deserves an anime. Or even just an anime movie since it's probably too short for one cour (12-13 episodes).
This still deserves its place in my list of favorites. I'm keeping it there for many more years to come, maybe even until my own lifespan has been used up, who knows? But the short time I spent reading this short story wasn't a waste, that's for sure.
