Kinda nothing compared to what she went through. She was conscious and able to sense what was going on the entire time. They didn't even let her keep her name since they decided to give her a cool chunni sword name instead. The people wielding the sword could hear her.
Four hundred years of being able to taste, feel, see, and smell all of the gore she was making along with hearing the people begging for their lives. She was used to conquer entire nations so that's thousands if not hundreds of thousands of people. All while she's screaming/begging/crying for whatever person wielding her to stop. And the emperors/kings wielding. her didn't stop. They could hear her the entire time and laughed. If she ever started to sound uppity they killed a few of her relatives and threatened to kill more.
I think it's a little understandable that she might hate the empire a tad.

(or something like that... It's one of the aggregate sites so I don't really like using it, but since the translator's website got deleted, you don't really have a choice)

Curious - was the swords name Kiera, or the girls? Because if it's the girls, this is the first time a main character has ever shared the same name as me xD

(which I find funny, because *puts on 'name meanings and orgins nerd' hat* my name's irish, and it actually means black/dark [referring to the colouring of the child, as in 'little dark one'], not 'death')

The completed webcomic is available on Kakao (in Korean, obviously), it's about 153 chapters I think?? Looking forward to reading the translations of this!! Looks like it could be really good!

@7Lotus yea it’s actually pretty horrifying. I read what I could get my hands off of the novel and they actual turned her into metal then melted her down to become a sword. She was then the sword of the empire for like 400 years with her consciousness intact

@kikivaldani it’s been a bit since I read it but I believe they just named the sword Kiera. It was kinda a “strip away her existence before hand” thing
