Why does one of the adventurers they presented have writing on her leg?

For a guy from another world he sure is arrogant. The plant village was there before he created his city and yet considers them intruding on his territory? Also, after being shown his eye isn't absolute he should be more suspicious about it's information being manipulated. Especially if aware would be more suspicious if Empire didn't send spies yet not having spotted one with his eye. In any case, his adventurers are outmanned and outgunned with everything going according to MC's plan. Should've tried talking first, albeit with a way to escape or stay safe if things get hostile fast, but now should realize he's been outmaneuvered and outthought so sooner he goes to negotiation table the more hair and less stress he'll have.
@HallowedDeep Don't know enough about her to know why. Could be some kind of play where that's the signature of someone she considers her 'owner' or 'master'. Then again she could be one of those Empire spies and this is to discretely allow others to identify her as a commanding officer without making suspicious hand signs or passing notes. Will have to find out later.
