I have read my fair share of Isekais and I personally think that the one crucial aspect of fantasy that isekai neglects is world-building. If you take a look at the popular isekai mangas, they all have a believable and interesting enough world. I am sad that one of the coolest aspects of fantasy is completely ignored.

and good action scene, since it relies heavily upon sword & magic (just as stated in this oneshot).

I like the take on this one.
Trying to make it so "Unique" and different just to try to make it stand out from the generic isekai troupe. Doesn't always mean it will turn out well.

damn author must be reading a lot of comments from many isekai titles be it official or scanlation.

Personally I don’t sick of isekai, I just sick of isekai’s beta cuck mc with their moral crap and stupid logic.
