It doesn't seem like that way seeing how the students said that "she doesn't have a boyfriend because she was waiting for her prince to come for her like some fairytale", so chances are she didn't date anyone, I'm not 100% sure about the MMC but I'd give it a 60% chance that he hasn't dated anyone either, just maybe went on a few dates

Wow the "forced break up and spend X years apart" trope ending killed the series for me... But not so surprising when you see all the forced dramas author started to pull to conclude the story since he couldn't write a proper ending.

I am crying too 😭 I'm glad that it is happy ending althought that break up was unnecessary and it's kinda like forced bro 😭

What a bullcrap ending. "Oh we had to break up to prove our love, and now we're getting married 10 years later." Screw that. You love each other. Get married. Don't waste 10 years of your lives living apart when you're already mature enough to dedicate yourselves.
The manga was fine up until the hamfisted forced breakup.
