I want a true post apocalyptic story

So i read last girls tour and to put it lightly I was sad at the ending. Anyway I was wondering if there was any manga that followed the Mc in a truly dying world as they clawed their bleeding or crippled body to success and fighting some of the strongest of the world. Think the torso solo challenge from Kenshi. Someone managed to train from a limbless torso and all the way to killing the bug master a man surrounded by bear sized spiders and acid. He managed to kill the strongest enemy in the entire game with one character who lacked any limbs. I want something like that in levels of struggling from nothing

idk but as for clawing up to top--ultimate outcast--he is bullied, his friend (girl) gets attacked. He's sad that he's weak and basically works super hard to become strong in a fighting tournament. ending is a little unsatisfying. ---also, tower of god (webtoon)--guy starts out as a person from outside the tower, goes up for sake of his friend who also outside tower. he starts out as a person who can copy abilities when hit by ability, goes through hellish training to get strong and becomes part of a 'villain' group. even after he gets stronger, he struggles. after that you get a ton of sweet fight scenes, and if you start from the beginning, the art isn't amazing but improves.
