Merchants are by nature mercurial. He's in a relationship with her for the profits. It's not that he's sus, it's just in his nature to way the pros and cons. He wouldn't betray her, after all establishing trust with clients is vital in long term profits, BUT I don't think he'd see anything wrong with selling info he gained on the hero's movements to the highest bidder. After all, keeping tabs of a resource like a hero is something every nation probably does in that world. If nothing else but to know where to go for help if an emergency comes up, like a sudden dragon attack of the capital, demon lord revival etc.

honestly, she's a pretty good character bc she knows what she's doing is low key creepy, but she can't give up on her love, so she's done her best with the skill set she has. She's underestimated her own abilities but that's much better than overestimating them, like the silly villager girl trying to tag along even though she's just a burden.

It almost makes me feel like her stalking is okay in comparison, which is not something I thought I'd say 😅

Surprised how she didn't get angry over the daughter, just kinda depressed. It makes me think that she's not quite so obsessive if she accepts him choosing another girl. This makes one of many times that she ends up saving the hero's party herself, so I'm not sure she can talk about how useless she is.

I bet you dollars to doughnuts that she's going to attend the spooky ghost party, and bring the Hero as her +1
