I notice this translation says Mimi is 14 and joined the school at 10, whereas the official translation from the English publisher says she is 10. I think (and hope) the official translation must have gotten it wrong because if she is 10 it is weird. This translation makes more sense. Its always sad to see an official translation make mistakes though.
