Baphomet looks do broken :meguuusad:

Not gonna lie, I hope Valkyrie isn't endgame, she's such a generic love interest, the doctor is way better match for him

I really hope we got more options than just Vakyrie bc if that is our fate here I want her to get character development because she is quite plain generic at the moment as a character :worry: let the world get her through some more troubles and development if possible
That been said yeah, Baphomet looks so defeated it makes me sad too. I came here to see him unravel the weird plot he got himself in and some cool fights not see the emotional wreck it would potentially bring :qq:

Yeah, Valkyrie barely has any depth since all there is to her is basically being one of the best + obsessed with Baphomet.

To be fair she's not the worst love interest when it comes to manwhas, but I do hope they develop her more before anything happens.

Unfortunately unless Reaper survives I think it'll be Valkyrie, pretty late to introduce a new love interest unless it's a gag that her peacocking keeps failing with Baphomet lol.

Male protagonist in Asian works like this are generally a brain dead dense idiot or a supposedly chad to who all girls throw themselves at.

Baphomet meanwhile actually is innocent and clueless about everything while not being dumb either, so it doesn't feel forced, if anything it makes him really endearing even though he can be quite of an asshole, he literally is learning along the way.

I guess that's why it's so easy to get invested on him, he actually feels sympathetic and learn over time, he has actual growth as a person.

It's probably also why seeing him like this hits harder than expected, it's literally his pure heart being destroyed by his first love, plus Reaper also being a good character instead just another random hoe who was secretly evil.

Funny how a series with a character who literally started evil is infinitely more likeable than most protagonists, really goes to show how good writing and proper character development goes a long way.

Exactly! Could not have put it better. It is quite the scenario and protagonist that we have here. He may be kind of an asshole but he is one of the few asshole characters I am rooting for to keep going and learning more or take it his own way :qq: . Yeah the kudos goes to the writer and artist that got to convey all of this and pull that many strings here and there.

If you need to be reminded, Elle is the owner of the boss child in tower nest (chapter 62-63)
