Rather than blaming the MC, blame the girl for taking a test when shes sick.
You can also blame her for pushing herself studying all night, if shes so smart why does she not know that you cant get results by forcing yourself into a wall, staying up all night day after day.
They do this quite often in these storys, if you're sick why are you taking a test and not just doing a retest when you're not sick? Are you trying to fail?
Also why are the teachers always completely head in the clouds on these things, shouldn't they be standing there looking while they are doing the test? How can they not notice.
