Ugh..... What a failure of a first chapter. So much is missing from a first chapter.

Lulz. Once again, the heroine of an Otome Game and, by extension, every one of her love interests are usually engaged. The heroines are always bitches, and the love interests are always bastards. I mean why would you ever knowingly date an engaged man, unless you were basically a bitch? No matter how pure you are, knowingly pursuing a taken man automatically makes you a terrible person.

Well, in this case, the Father of the villainess, is basically a piece of shit. Just like the Heroine. I would love it if this was a revenge plot. But, since its Japanese, there's a low chance of that happening (since only 20% of the villainess series are ever about revenge. The rest is about them turning into Nadeshiko's *yawns from boredom*, and they never end up getting revenge.

Here's hope the direction of character development doesn't do that.
