Man this felt like author didn't know how to follow up on random fluffy Twitter pages, I feel like there was potential but a lot of it just...didn't do anything? Her friend was nonexistent for most of the manga and they just had weird drama and misunderstandings instead. They also glossed over the entire part with her beating up the guy (and learning he wasn't a cheater, and meeting Houjou). I feel like it could've been handled much better

I think you could just explain this part without needing additional chapters though... the author probably thought including extra chapters for what would be essentially just an introduction between both the playboy and the tomboy is unnecessary.
