For anyone who doesn't get it. This one-shot comes from Akai Kiba (vol. 2) an anthology series from 2002. The theme was violence and sex. I scanned this from my own vol because this was the last of Nihei's work that wasn't scanned yet. So since I am a big fan of his work, I do it myself.
I asked Roughy to translate and upload this for me since I could only upload 1 pic each time and not the whole thing

IIRC, Nihei asked his kid if they thought his manga was interesting, and they told him they didn’t like it— they preferred things like Attack on Titan.

IIRC, he was working on Knights of Sidonia at the time.
