Yes, but realistically it would be a 50-55 minute TV episode with the actual competition and the final vote accounting for more then half of the runtime. There is not enough time to include details like this. Maybe in some kind of extended after show as a funny moment for Lisa.

Each team's entire week of preparation would need to be condensed into 2-3 minutes, containing their strategy, training montages, and any friction or hardships within the team. This just doesn't make the cut, at least for the main show.
