Well, i guess Hibana is likely not gonna be eliminated because she hasn't done much in the story yet.

Urara's character arc seems to be tied up pretty well and i can see her being eliminated so she's either the lowest rank or Michiru is the lowest but she'll get immunity because of the top 3 popularity poll.

That may be part of it, but I think more than that, it's a matter of testing her versatility. Sort of like "Okay we know you can succeed when you're the leader, now what about when you're not?"

The funny thing is that it's not that Mimi is always stepping up and saying "ok, I'm in charge, you all listen to me and we win", it's more along the lines of "ok, we fucked up badly" then everyone looks to Mimi "what now chief?"
