It's a drop from me.
I don't care about any of the characters or their goals besides the main 2. The competition feels meaningless and it looks really hard to notice the difference between their skills, you just have to believe what they tell you.
Thanks for the translation tho 🙏
I completely agree with you mate, but I will be holding on for a bit longer. A lot of things just feel very mangaish if you know what I mean... You can do a song better if you empathize with its meaning, come on dude we are not kindergardeners here, they are professionals (supposedly) that have to do a variety of songs and dances, and you won't always have some experience to back it up.
Incoming the muscle man, telling them they lack the fundamentals just because they are the black stars. Are you aware that these 16 people qualified from 10000 plus people and are here as "finalists" in a sense. If they lacked the fundamentals they would be out in the get go. The statement that they "lack the fundamentals" is supposed to be the guy's catchphrase or smth and it is done horribly considering the contest.
Don't get me started on the confusion between the characters and their skillsets. Typical stuff where everybody got a "sob story" of sorts for which they have to win this sh*tty competition. The author just introduced 13 characters at once and didn't give proper intros to most of them, but tried to loop them in a few panels just to show their existence.
For me the only reasons to continue is the art style and the potential romance between the 2 main girls (which is looking grim at the moment since they have close to 0 interaction, and absolutely 0 interactions outside of work). And yeah I kinda run out of other yuri, gl stories to read as well
