This is getting pretty retarded, I don't really have anything against the premise but the romance feels very forced/rushed and then we get a bunch of miscellaneous semi-modern guns.

Can't recall the name but there's a manga with a similar story of the MC buying some dog girl to go spelunking with, despite its intermissions of softcore hentai chapters, the mangaka actually managed to make it into a rather touching story with good character chemistry and development. This doesn't feel like that.
