The voice is synthetized from my own voice and is made using a software I'm developing. It's one of the most natural ones you can find. You may find something slightly better only by paying insane amounts of money on some online services.
The speed helps everyone to enjoy the story even if English is not their first language and, of course, with youtube you can even double the speed; many people do that. (artificially speeding up the audio beforehand would be pointless and influence the quality).
The channel is not monetized and there are no ads, or ways to give me any kind of monetary support, even thinking about monetization would be crazy since we'd be talking about a few cents, it's clearly not worth it.
I simply do it because I enjoy it and like sharing novels I like. I hope my explaination will solve your doubts and what seems to be hostility.
We are all here to enjoy the same things after all. I like reading manga here first and foremost and only resort to audiobooks when I cannot wait for the continuation xD

There's a virtual sea of of people and companies making synth voices, I don't know about "sounding natural" but I do know about what sounds good to listen to.
Price? We live in a world where most things at least of non physical nature cost what you're willing to pay.

I think most people that listen to things read by synth voices regularly has skimmed through many voices before picking one they like and from that point all that's needed is clean text to play.

Saying your voice synth is better than what people choose for themselves out of what is hundreds or more of voices by now is obviously absurd. So as I suggested, if you actually want to help people, provide what would actually be useful, clean text.

Also yes I do not believe for a second that you did not hope that youtube would make money one day.

I meant the three images in the YT thumbnail. They're actually by Miwabe Sakura who's pretty much in the same artist league as Momoco. The first image seems to be the cover for the first novel volume, the second one seems to be an edited version of this pixiv original, and for the last I couldn't find exact matches but could possibly be an edited and flipped version of this pixiv original.
