I can already tell whats going to happen in this series as this is the most typical plot that has been used many times already and is predictable. Honestly though, I don't see this going longer than 2 volumes as its so generic and overly used with the same plot, character development & the setup of fiance, childhood friend & possibly a new character later on that pushes the main 2 together.

1) They start off on bad terms
2) MC will try to push away his childhood friends who has feelings for him to get on the fiances good side
3) Childhood friends confess their feelings to the MC separately without the fiance noticing
4) Fiance notices the weird atmosphere between everyone due to the confessions
5) MC has to make a choice at the end & it will be the fiance because they get closer together throughout the entire series as they live together
6) Series ends with them getting married, have children and looking back on their high school days
