He is making a crappy manga.
But the way she goes about telling him it is so needlessly and disgustingly cruel.
Plus the mangaka kinda strongly hints that he couldn't even defend himself against her if he wanted to... which just makes it worse.
And from the fact that the series is named after her, you know she won't get any comeuppance for being a cosmic cunt. She is going to continue behaving in an unforgivable manner and never be punished for it.

I suppose if nothing else this is a sour reminder that the idea of justice is a lie, and people get away with horrible shit all the time while the innocent suffer for no reason.
