welp, Nagatoro has come to an end today.
it is quite a shame to almost feel the pace rushing since aroud 5 chapters ago, the weird timeskips and the sense of everything has to be put in place out of nowhere.
but nonetheless; this manga is the 3rd manga weve followed and entirely finished and it had a really interesting developing curve, which we all kinda know that at the end they will end up together one way or the other, this manga did a steep curve on the main characters development and for some reason it stood out a little more than others for us.

it was a fun ride but we really REALLY hope this is not the end, theres an upcoming bonus and "epilogue" mentioned by 774 recently, we will wait patiently, again. but for now, thank you for everything, Nanashi-sensei.

As mentioned elsewhere: I still am holding up hope that, as soon as “Ijiranaide, Nagatoro-san!” ends, its sequel “Ijitte, Nagatoro-san!” will immediately begin.

i started reading this in college not long after it came outback in middle of collehe…now I’ve been in the work force almost 5 years.. time flies….Honestly so glad I kept up with it….its a beautiful story and a grest ending….wouldve loved to see them grow up but I’m ok with how it ended. Definitely up there with romance manga I’ve enjoyed. To the authors and characters I will give you an applause for a job well done.

Really weird feeling seeing my favorite rom-coms ending 1 by 1. It started with 5toubun no hanayome, then Bokuben, Then the GOAT that was Kaguya love is war, and then there was a dry patch until now with nagatoro. The only other one I have to follow now would be Komi-San but honestly I have NO idea where that ones going. Its been a ride guys and i'm glad to see a happy (for them, not for me i want more) ending.

Komi was never about romance, but friendship, it is ending because she's almost at her goal of making 100 friends. I don't know if you're up to the last chapter, but at this point it's pretty straightforward: it will probably end at their graduation with Komi making her 100th friend a few chapters before, I just hope its last chapters aren't as rushed as Kaguya, I felt all those chapters after the "rescue arc" like fillers, and then Akasaka went full "this ends in 10 chapters" and closed as much as he could (Hayasaka was specially awful for me).

Apparently there's an epilogue coming? Hope we get an actual ending. That felt like an "end of school days arc" ending. I'd love to see a sequel where they're in college, living together, working adults, etc. Having it end like that felt kind of lackluster.
