@jimkage the teacher is the school nurse. No idea what relation she has to the story though. She could have been the school nurse at the time, and they'd have around 7 years of difference, which seems plausible enough.

I'm at page 14, if she was tailing you for a long long time but she had to be with her sister every moment so she wouldn't have a panic attack. That tells me that her sister is dead. Also what is with that nurse and that pillow.
