No, the problem is that this seems to be a manga suffering from a story that is an idiot plot. The killer isn't a super genius that's always a step ahead: it just seems that the characters around her trying to stop her are fucking retarded. For example, I didn't understand what she did to the blonde little sister before the train ride aside from forcibly removing piercings. Why was she so afraid of the killer she listened to what she commanded and pissed herself in front of everyone? How did the MC live with the killer for a whole month and never jumped on a chance to kill her? Fuck this manga. It's not interesting if you have to dumb down everyone to move the plot along.
