The latter. She's speculating that the trees could get even bigger or more incredible as they move forward. Might see if we can edit that line to be more clear.- "it feels like this might even just be the low end..."
does this "low end" refer to the base of the trees, or those trees being of a lower quality (like meaning to say there's even more incredible trees)?
"low end" as in the 1000 years old trees are the younger part of the forestquick question about the translation... dont know if my english is failing or what but:

Right now, I'm sorta giving it 30/70 that it's actually him (which actually is better odds than when I first read the chapter, and just automatically assumed it's not him). Apparently full-grown Piwi-s are supposed to have horns (like the one usually hanging out with the witch), but Piwi "lost" his (and shrunk in the process as well). So given the little flower blooming from its head, presumably the creature at the end of this chapter is either one that's just starting to grow one...or that its "our" Piwi and he's starting to regrow one.My friends, unfortunately I dont think this is the same Piwi. Remember, there were different ones with the Witch.
theres also Comiskey's scummy (but still legal) practices and their terrible reputation. No one wants to support shitty businessesI don't entirely blame you, FWIW. For now, I buy the Japanese volumes, and I'm hoping that as Viz has sniped a few of Comikey's digital-only releases and given them print ones, I'm holding out hope for Volundio getting the same, especially since they already did Helck.
But regardless, I do support the series getting support, however it can be drummed up.
