This still exists? At this pace. It'll only take some 50 years to catch up with the current point of the novel.

You think the novel is worth reading? Just asking cause some of these stories have decent starts and fall off a cliff once they actually have to write a story

Says maybe he’ll become a demon lord but at the same time wonders if he should tell those group of people the truth. Yea you’d TOTALLY make a great demon lord then.

i mean the title "a realistic world" doesn't really sound good
it gets me thinking how do you define realism? it tempts me to look for shit when i otherwise wouldn't
-b/c its an isekai standards are low
point is a world doesn't become realistic because you put it in the title or have a main character say it

just like how i dont think its good for the MC to just blatantly tell the audience he's not suited to be a hero
it was awkward, forced
the half demon half human imagery just looked wrong
and it feels as though the author thinks so lowly of the readers that he has to expo dump
he didn't need to have extra dark eyes with a shadow looming in the back when he was attempting to bargain with little kids for info

I feel like the point here is the realization that he's not messing with NPCs. He's not heroic because it's not his nature to play games that way. I wouldn't call it info dumping so much as a character having an inner monologue examining his own feelings about potentially to gaming the system to his absolute benefit, which could taking him down a "demon lord" route if he were to lean on it.

If the "hero" was from his world, it's possible the "demon lord" was too.

I dunno, why the hell every time these isekai MC has some doubts, the go to action is almost always "yeah, let spill all the spaghetti I have to random strangers"? And that part about becoming a demon lord, isn't that all on him if he's shitty human with poor self-control? Nobody forcing him to "exploit" the isekai's gamey system, it's just there. He could just choose not to.

He basically become a doormat to pretty much anybody with a modicrum of power, according to some of the reviews. The manga already shows a bit of that when he's dealing with guild staffs. So the dropoff point is probably in an arc or two.

Pg.2 the big spiders spew sticky threads up to 50cm (that's less than 2ft long if you're American).

That doesn't sound impressive at all... Is it just a slightly bigger than normal spider? Lol
